Sign the Declaration of Deeds as an Individual

The main purpose of the Declaration of Deeds is to provide a kind of litmus test for groups so that individuals can know as a bare minimum baseline where a group or kindred stands on the issues of folkism, sexism, and racism by signing onto the declaration.

In this way, an individual searching for a group that was not folkish could know that at least at face value that the groups listed as signatories on the Declaration of Deeds espouse principles of inclusion.

While the Declaration of Deeds was not specifically designed to be signed by individuals, I know that many individuals want to be able to express their agreement with these principles. This page is designed for just that.

If you would like to sign onto the Declaration of Deeds as an individual to show your support for the principles this declaration stands for, you may make a comment below.

By commenting on this page, I am declaring my support for the principles outlined in the Declaration of Deeds:

  3. I sign this in full agreement of the Declaration of Deeds, as an Eclectic Celtic Pegan. I won’t be sharing my real name for safety reasons, but as I go by Raven in my everyday life, and do think of myself as that name, as much as my given name, I feel it suffices. Anyone who stands with racist, bigoted, abilist, sexist assholes is not someone I wish to stand at my side in this journey through life.

  4. As a Heathen of almost a decade of practice, I am in full agreement with the Declaration of Deeds. Hate and bigotry have no place in my spirituality, and I do what I can to speak out against it, educate, and amplify marginalized voices within heathenry.

  9. I, Faith King, agree entirely with this declaration of deeds and will follow each line given. It is important for me and the rest of the world to acknowledge what our past and present history has done to us and the Earth that has been suffering because of it.

  10. I, Hannah Coon, a second generation Norse pagan, fully agree with the declaration of deeds. I work to honor my ancestors who suffered under catholic rule for their beliefs, to heal my bloodline from the generational trauma of christian abuse, and to take back our practice and symbolism from those who use it for evil and oppression. Everyone is welcome at my table, and there are no n@zi’s in Valhalla.

    As the Heathens have told me; No Frith with Folkists. Can’t remember the rest, sorry. ^^;;
